Artist Residency

I was producer for GHT – a reincarnation an artist led residency, which set out to document and enrich the transformation of God’s House Tower (GHT) as it was redeveloped into a new arts and heritage venue for Southampton.
The project was devised and led by Southampton based artist Sarah Filmer and was funded by Arts Council England, Solent University and ‘a space’ arts.
My role supported Sarah Filmer with the practical elements of running the residency including project management, financial administration, marketing and reporting. I also supported all the artists from a curatorial perspective as they developed their commissions as well as a series of public events and exhibitions.
Through the 18-month programme we offered GHT as a site of diverse engagement to more than 7000 people. www.ght-a-reincarnation.co.uk
